Abortion is our Modern-Day Holocaust
Nena Arias | January 14, 2019“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all…” Proverbs 31:8
The mass murder of unborn babies in America shows no signs of stopping any time soon. Since decriminalizing abortion in January 22, 1973 by the U.S. Supreme Court, close to 61 million unborn babies have been mercilessly slaughtered in their mother’s womb, the place where they should be the safest.
The scourge of abortion is even funded by our tax dollars to organizations like Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion provider in our country, who seem to know no boundaries when it comes to murdering the unborn and is even in the business of selling the aborted baby body parts to the highest bidder. They even have the audacity to offer abortion gift cards for Christmas. What blasphemy! This is blood-curdling, to say the least, and should not be happening in any civilized country, let alone one that says it is a Christian nation. We all cringe when we see pictures of Nazi Germany’s holocaust. Just think, that was six million merciless deaths just among the Jews alone. We are guilty of ten times that amount and counting. God will not hold us guiltless!
For millions of us, Planned Parenthood is far from being the caring organization it is portrayed to be as one that offers “help” to millions of women. Let us say it plainly, it is a moneymaking industry that kills innocent and defenseless lives to accomplish an evil agenda of destroying the nation’s original moral foundation. If only those babies could defend their lives it would be a different story. After all it is their right to preserve their lives since the mother or both parents want them dead. Bottom line, that is the issue.
As if the horrendous blood shed of close to 61 million aborted babies in this country alone is not enough, the abortion industry continues to force their agenda forward by celebrating a recent push for more minority abortions in TV and movies. The indoctrination in schools and the community at large isn’t enough. Planned Parenthood is ecstatic that the black community is celebrating portrayals of women of color having abortions.
A program by the name Advancing New standards in Reproductive Health (ANSIRH), at University of California San Francisco (UCSF) has a project called Abortion Onscreen, which promotes portrayals of Black women having abortions at Planned Parenthood. A recent survey by the Guttmacher Institute discovered that — in their words — “being black,” among other reasons, contributed to women having multiple abortions.
Guttmacher did an abortion survey and found that Black women had a higher rate of prior abortions: “Slightly more than half of Black abortion patients had a prior abortion (54%), higher than any other racial and ethnic group.”
If the overall Black abortion rate is already disproportionately high, strategies like this will likely force that rate even higher. Is this the outcome wanted by the abortion industry?
ANSIRH claims the following: “…[O]ur 2015 report found that nearly 90% of television characters getting abortions were white, the finding that almost half of this year’s plot lines in which a character obtained or disclosed an abortion included black women represents the beginning of a corrective course toward more inclusive storytelling — even as Latina characters remain underrepresented. As the majority of American women who have abortions are women of color, it is essential that their stories are told… if we are to capture the current reality of abortion in our country.
In other words, ANSIRH celebrated increased momentum behind Black abortion portrayals.
We cannot deny that TV contributes greatly to shaping our views of the world, but is this truly a worthy cause to be advocating? This just goes to show how skewed values have become and how warped and rampant this mental and spiritual illness is in our country. Our hands are stained with much innocent blood. Again, God will not hold us guiltless of this massive holocaust happening on our watch. May God have mercy on our souls!“And the Lord said, ‘What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood is crying to me from the ground.’” Genesis 4:10
